Went to cycling today haha
cos got nth to do its gald to hear from my back that's it fine not much pain in hte back haha ...
but its sstill very tired so long no cycle le ... started like 3plus to 4 pm... den cycle to Boon lay park connector opp bl mrt station .. ahhas still ok

Finished my cycle in the park den went to Chinese garden free admission but cannot tek bike into the "palace"

The brigde super gorgeous haha nice scenary when i saw the bridge wow so excited sia

WOOTS! the lake , the wind even though a bit sunny brings up my mood >_
der got a turtle museum ... too bad its on $5 per admission ....haix i only brought $1 out ahha


so walk a while saw a Confucius philosopher's statue so big sia
after a few min i went out
got cycle back to the lake side .. den there's a huge lorry cutting trees.. the person cut the trees so the wood filings flew out in the direction of the my eyes sway ... so i served to the right
heng only a slight scratch on the inner left ankle but my basket ah kena plaik! ahha den hahve to fix it back to normal

Cycling in the hot sun sia ... hahha got to jurong east swiimmin complex .. de exterior where u can hear the gush of water ... hahah ah ya so enthu came to run so i acc her haha but was cycling instead of running

Den we go for situps Nafa test 31 counts ahah still rmb wor...gd lar
after 31 situps .. i practically feel pain in my stomach
ahha so long 1 yr plus un sit ups

Yosh got to her hse to get my weight weighed.. wow waht a surprise :D
So happy sia hope that i can maintain this weight...

Life is gg to be more n more brighter XD
